  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all debit/credit cards, checks, cash and we have an online payment portal
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Once the estimate and design are approved, our turnaround time is between 5-8 business days. Rush orders can be made! we have an extra charge that will be added to your order. If your order is also being heatpressed, it may take longer.
  • Do you have a minimum order number?
    Our minimum order is 12. We have price breaks as follows: 12-23 24-35 36-71 72-143 144-287 288-432 433-611
  • What products do you print?
    We do mostly tshirts, long sleeve tees, sweatshirts, shorts and sweatpants orders. We offer 100% cotton, 100% ringspun cotton, 100% polyester, 50% cotton 50% poly blend. If you have any question about a different material, contact us sales@sportsprintusa.com
  • Do you ship everywhere in the USA?
    Yes! We can ship worldwide!!
  • What are your operating hours?

  • I have already ordered, Can I repeat my order?
    We would love having you back! Contact us with you order info and let us know if your have any quantity changes.
  • How can I send you my art?
    You can attach a file or a picture to our order form on our website, or via email to sales@sportsprintusa.com together with the order details.
  • Can I order a product that is not on the web?
    Feel free to ask for any product you want and didn’t find. We work with many brands so give us the specification you need when you fill the form and we will find the perfect match.
  • In what format do you need the logo?
    All File Types Are Accepted. No matter what format your design is in, we'll be able to work with them. While our design studio is very robust and accepts many formats, such as .JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIFF, .PDF, the software may need to use a placeholder image for formats that cannot be translated into an image. File formats such as .AI, .EPS, .DOC, .XLS, .PPT, and .PSD are given placeholders. You can always contact us if you need help with it!
  • What sizes do you carry?
    We have youth and adult sizes from XS to 4XL in nearly every brand. We have options for large sizes, and "long"style shirts in some brands as well.
  • Can I get help with my design?
    Yes, absolutely. We have a graphic designer we connect you with once we get started on your order. Depending on how complex the design is, we may add a fee for making it. Call us at 770-924-0668.
  • Can I add names and numbers to my order?
    Yes, we can personalize names and numbers to various apparel products and use our heatpress option!
